These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Fly In Future, including but not limited to Umrah Packages, Visit Visa Consultancy, Visa Appointment Assistance, Flight Ticketing, and Travel Insurance. By booking any service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Scope of Services

Fly In Future acts as a travel facilitator and consultancy. We assist clients with Umrah arrangements, visa documentation guidance, appointment scheduling support, flight reservations, and travel insurance referrals. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing body.

2. Visa Disclaimer (Visit Visa / All Visa Categories)

• We do not do business on "done base" visas and we do not issue visas. All visas are granted solely by the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
• Our role is strictly to guide you about required documents and, where possible, help you secure early visa appointments.
• We provide no commitment or guarantee of visa approval, appointment confirmation, or processing time unless it is explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
• Visa fees, embassy charges, biometric fees, and any third-party costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Approval or rejection of a visa is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy/authority. Fly In Future bears no liability for rejection, delay, or refusal.

3. Umrah Packages

• All Umrah packages are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Prices, dates, hotels, airlines, and transport are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is fully confirmed and paid.
• Once confirmed, Umrah packages are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• No meals are included in any package unless explicitly mentioned in the package details.
• Any additional taxes, government levies, visa fee changes, fuel surcharges, or new regulations imposed after booking will be charged separately to the client.

4. Flight Ticketing

• Airline tickets are issued as per the airline's fare rules at the time of booking.
• Ticket prices are subject to change until the ticket is issued and paid in full.
• Date changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective airline's policy, not by Fly In Future.
• Service charges applied by Fly In Future for ticketing are non-refundable.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is provided by third-party insurance companies. Fly In Future only facilitates the process.
• Coverage, claims, and settlement are the sole responsibility of the insurance provider.
• We are not liable for any claim rejection or delay by the insurance company.

6. Appointment Assistance

• We may assist in securing early visa appointments; however, appointment availability depends entirely on the embassy/consulate system.
• No guarantee of an appointment date or time is provided unless confirmed in writing.
• Appointment fees, if any, are non-refundable once the slot is booked.

7. Payments & Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as agreed in writing.
• Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Any additional charges arising after booking (taxes, rules, surcharges) will be billed separately.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Umrah packages: non-refundable and non-changeable after confirmation.
• Visa consultancy & appointment fees: non-refundable.
• Flight tickets: subject to airline policy.
• Insurance: subject to insurance provider policy.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, complete, and valid documents.
• Meeting all embassy, airline, and immigration requirements.
• Arriving on time for flights, appointments, and departures.
• Complying with the laws of Pakistan and the destination country.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fly In Future shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, visa rejection, missed flight, or any other loss arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to embassy decisions, airline cancellations, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
